
TERMS OF SERVICE
ORDER PROCESS
✧ Read the order form that is attached to my Twitter post✧ Send the 1st payment and fill out the form by the deadline✧ Receive a confirmation email or DMs from me 1-5 days after your form was submitted (for me to check the form and your payment)✧ Production will start after pre-order period ends. Please follow our Twitter for updates✧ Wait 1 - 3 months (maybe longer) for the items to be manufactured and arrive first at my address and then international address✧ Receive a 2nd payment (shipping and maybe extra fees) request from me by email and pay in time✧ I will pack the items, sent you a shipping code and ship them out to you*** We suggest you to use GO (Group Order) because you can split the int shipping fee with more people, this way, the shipping fee would be much cheaper
PAYMENT
(PAYMENT INFORMATION WILL BE IN THE PREORDER FORM)✧ There will be 2 payments for pre-ordered items:1st payment includes+ Price of your items+ Transaction fee & conversion fee2nd payment includesFor international orders+ international shipping fee (from me to you or to GOMs)+ domestic shipping fee from GOMs to you ( if you order through GOMs )✧ 2nd payment request will be sent when the items arrive at my house and are ready to be shipped
REFUND
Refunds will only be sent if✧ Production is canceled or the item is defused ( No replacement or refunds can be offered for common mass printing errors such as slight variation in printed color, light dust/scratches on the item. )Refunds will not be sent if✧ You drop the merch midway or you don't pay the 2nd payment✧ You disappears or I can't contact you by the time your order is ready to be shipped✧ Package lost/missing items
DISCLAIMER
✧ I will not take cancellations. No exceptions.✧ If you do not send the 2nd payment or ignore my payment request, you will not receive a refund.✧ These items may take a LONG time to arrive, delays frequently happen. Please be patient when pre-ordering our merch.✧ I will not take any responsibility for lost, missing, or damaged items. (We will do our best to ensure that the goods won't be damaged during transit. However, once they are sent to the GO, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages since they're already out of our control.)✧ Returned packages can either be shipped again, and will not be covered by me, it has to be paid again✧ If I sent in the wrong orders, kindly inform me immediately with your order confirmation as proof of which should be replaced as well as the picture of the wrong items.
* Little reminder: please make sure to have an unboxing video when you unpack the package. We'll also take a photo of everything you ordered before packing them as well. We won't take responsibility if you can't provide the unboxing clip as a proof, please understand✧ We'll check the GO carefully before we let them open the order. Our responsibility will be over once the package arrived to the GO
